Frequently Asked Questions
-
Peace Mind Body Spirit blends ancient healing practices with modern wellness technology. Yoga, Pilates, and sound-based practices have supported well-being for centuries. We enhance these traditions using infrared heat, reformer equipment, and precision sound technology to make them more accessible and supportive for modern life.
-
No experience is required. We welcome beginners and experienced practitioners alike. Our instructors offer guidance and modifications so each class meets you where you are.
-
Infrared yoga uses radiant heat panels to warm the body gently from the inside out. Unlike forced-air heat, infrared warmth is quiet, clean, and supports flexibility, circulation, and muscle relaxation.
-
Reformer Pilates is a low-impact, strength-building practice using spring-based equipment to support alignment, resistance, and control. It is suitable for all levels and can be adapted for injuries or movement limitations.
-
The Harmonic Egg® is a relaxation and wellness experience that uses sound frequencies, light, and vibration to support deep relaxation and nervous system regulation. The technology is modern, but the principle — sound as a healing support — is ancient.
-
We generally recommend no more than one session per week or 1–2 sessions per month through a membership. This allows time for integration and reflection between experiences. Drop-in sessions are also available.
-
No. The Harmonic Egg® is not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure medical conditions. It is a supportive wellness experience designed to encourage relaxation and balance.
-
Comfortable clothing you can move in, grip socks for Pilates, water, and an open mind. Mats and props are provided for yoga and Pilates classes.
