Move with purpose
All classes at STOTT PILATES® Studio are grounded in the STOTT PILATES® method — a contemporary approach informed by biomechanics, updated practice, and real-world application. Classes are designed to support progress through precision, structure, and mindful movement. Whether you’re here to refine your technique, rebuild strength, or simply move with more awareness, you’ll find offerings to meet you where you are.
Reformer Pilates
-
Progressive Strength

-
Athletic Conditioning
A reformer-based class for those looking to challenge strength, coordination, and control through dynamic, integrated movement. Programming is designed to build power without sacrificing precision. Previous Pilates experience recommended.
-
Rebuild
For those working with past injury, chronic conditions, or coming out of rehab. Movements are modified to support recovery, with an emphasis on alignment, pacing, and functional integration. Medical clearance may be required.
Mat Pilates
-
Mat + Props
A mat-based class using props like stability balls, rings, and rollers to explore mobility and controlled range of motion. Expect slower transitions, focused cueing, and time to refine your movement patterns.
-
Foundations
A starting point for building strength, control, and body awareness. This class introduces core principles of the STOTT PILATES® method with a focus on breath, alignment, and foundational movement. Ideal for those new to Pilates or returning to movement after time away.
-

Supportive movement for pregnancy and postpartum stages, grounded in the STOTT PILATES® pre/postnatal protocols. Sessions focus on pelvic floor support, core connection, and breath-based control, always responsive to individual needs and timelines.
